So..... I decided to make more bread, Ham & Cheese Bread and Pork Floss mini rolls... ...

The Ham & Cheese bread taste so wonderful, it's soft... Except for the cheddar, I think I had burnt slightly.... ;-p
A pity I couldn't put in mayonnaise(no mayo at hm), spring onions(due to individual's preference)

Method:
Divide the dough into 60g each and mould it round.
Let it rest for 10mins, then flatten it and place a slice of ham on top.
Roll it up and fold it into half. Cut the centre and open it up.
Place it on the pan. Let it proof 45mins or until it double its size.
Egg wash the surface. Place some grated cheese and spring onions on top, pipe some mayonnaise onto it.
Bake at 200 degC for about 15mins.
