And of course, it is my colleague's birthday next Tuesday, 20th Sep, but she will be going back to Korea for a 3 wks holiday. So I made her some mushy mallows chocolate cupcakes for her birthday......

And of course, Nic gladly helped out to decorate the rest of the cupcakes for me.
