Strawberry Shortcakes 2

I intend to bake a chocolate cake today as well, that will be my 3rd and last cake for the day.

So I was checking my fridge to see what I had left, chocolate was barely about 50g, so I had ask hubby to buy it for me on his way home... But I saw my cream, which is going to expired this coming Friday. I thought, by the time it reaches 15th, I won't have time to use the cream and I will have to throw it away... what a waste!!!

So I decided to make strawberry shortcake for Nic again, this time using my new heart shape mould I bought from Daiso...:))
