As requested by Nat & Daddy... this time I use my new baking tin....
My cheesecake came out so nice... :))
Ingredients:
1 cup plain biscuit crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
500g cream cheese, soften at room temperature
3 tsps gelatine
1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 cup castor sugar
100g toblerone chocolate, melted
1/2 cup cream
Method:
1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter and press into a base of a 20cm tin. Chill for an hour.
2. Beat the cream cheese until soft. Add gelatine mixture(dissolve in the boiling water), caster sugar, melted toblerone chocolate and cream, blend until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the crumb base and chill in the fridge (best overnight).
