I was at NTUC, my usual weekend marketing... So I saw the wholemeal flour, which I have never seen in this NTUC, so I decided to buy 1 packet, since it's on offer as well... hahaha...

The texture of the bread is indeed soft & fluffy...
Here is the recipe as adapted from Prima Flour:
