Iced Lemon Biscuits

This Iced Lemon Biscuit is very refreshing. With the taste of lemon zest inside the biscuits and lemon juice in the icing, makes it soooooo refreshing...

I am suppose to use yellow coloring for the icing, but i realised that I do not have any, so end up i use pink one instead... Well, it's not too bad isn't it...???
