It has been quite awhile since I made bread. Plus...., I have alot of bread flour in my storeroom... :-p
So I think I better make some more bread to finish up my bread flour before they expire... hehehehe....
I made Mini Butter Buns again, one of my favorite, so is hubby... kekekeke...
This time I was being greedy and I put more butter fillings inside the bun. I guess, probably too much butter, and the butter oozed out... But nevertheless, the buns were just as great and yummmmy....!!!
After her QC, Mimi continued with her cornflakes QC... LOL..!!!
