Steamed Earl Grey Tea Cake

Recently I bought quite a few baking books... They are so interesting, especially those recipes using steaming method. In this way, I can cut down on my electric bills... My electric bill in June was $280!!! Almost $100+ more than my usual bill... After that, I cut down on baking, and YES!!! This month my bill was $50 lesser... Alot more way to go to cut down on my PUB bill by steaming cakes instead... LOL... Hope this method will works... hahahaha....

I have kept seeing alot of recipes using Earl Grey Tea to make cakes. I, myself love drinking Earl Grey Tea, but I have never ate a Earl Grey Tea cake before. So I came across this Steamed Earl Grey Tea Cake.

This cake is so simple to make and with the nice fragrant of the earl grey tea... It is simply a wonderful cake!! A good recipe to keep!!
