Steaming is simply wonderful...!!!
Preparation is simple & easy... Steaming is also simple, EASY TOO!!!
I decided to try steam cheesecake today as well... But it turns out not to be what it seems from the recipe book... Maybe I overlook on the steaming. I practically forget that I was steaming the cheesecakes until my helper came into my room and asked me if my cakes were ready as she smelt abit of burnt smell... hahahaha... Water has dried up from my wok!!!
Not sue if it is because I have overlook on the steaming time or was it just me that the cake was soft and moist as it should be from the recipe picture... :-p
Nevertheless, my tester was caught taking a cake and trying it.... hahahaha
