Steamed Brownie

Brownie had been 1 of my to-bake list... But I always felt that it is alot of work as I have to prepare this and that... Lazy me... kekekeke....

This steamed brownie is indeed delicious!!! It is not too sweet and it is soft and moist as well. I had it chilled in the fridge as I have spread chocolate ganache onto of the brownie.

And of course, not to mentioned, inside this piece brownie, half of it is with walnuts and the other half is without walnuts... Well it's because my eldest princess likes her brownie without walnuts... hahahaha....
