Coffee Choc Roll

It is really fun... Playing with all the flavours and designs of the swiss roll...


Today I will try Coffee Choc Roll using the recipe I did for the Bery Berry Roll.



It is really simple. Just take out some batter and mixed it with cocoa powder to get the dark chocolate color effect. Put into a piping bag, write the letters in inverted.


So this is what we have when the roll is ready;-)




I am using a korean premixed 3-in-1 coffee, which gives the roll a new coffee fragrant.:-)
