Pineapple Tarts

I am also quite a fan of pineapple tarts. I like those tarts that melts in your mouth and pineapple sweetness must be just nice...

I decided to try out the pineapple tarts, a recipe from a cookbook I bought from NTUC one day...

Taking a bite on the tarts, or rather should I say just pinching a bite on every tart... hahaha...

She seems to be enjoying herself very much....

Hmmm, I did not really like the tarts as I think the tarts are abit hard thou... Maybe I will improvised the tarts till I get the right feel or I will go search for other recipes... :-p
