Don't you think this swiss roll looks so sweet....
It reminds me of a cotton candy, so I will call this:
"Cotton Candy Roll".
I was hoping it will not crack when I roll it up...

Verdict:
- They all loved it.... But hubby still prefer the Bery Berry Roll. hahaha...
I just omit the raspberry juice and replace that with vanilla essence and water.
For the colors, I just add a teaspoon of strawberry paste.
Divide the batter into half, one vanilla and one strawberry. Place the batter into the piping bags and make the designs as shown in the earlier pictures.
As for the cream, I use only butter, sugar and strawberry paste.
