Chocolate Rice Swiss Roll 巧克力米卷

As you can see, my swiss roll had been quite successful and I had half of the whipped cream left.

So I asked Nic if she will like to have a chocolate rice swiss roll. She had been asking me to make since when I first started trying out the swiss roll.
I was quite hesitant to try then as I have a phobia that my roll will crack somehow when I tried to roll it up...

Guess it's not today!!! hehehehe......

With the balance whipped cream, I used them up.

Nic told me, "Mummy, your chocolate swiss roll is nice, but there is aloooot of cream you know?"
