Tollhouse Cookies

These cookies are coated with grounded almond nuts & chocolate chips.


It is really nice & crispy, withe the grounded almonds & choc chips!!!


And of course, it is so yummy, Nic likes it too.




Ingredients:

A) 50g sugar, 100g brown sugar, pinch of salt, 60g shortening, 60g butter

B) 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

C) 150g plain flour, 1/4tsp baking soda, 1/2 baking powder, 20g ground almond

D) chocolate chips

Method:

Cream A until light. Add in B, mix till smooth.

Add in sieved C, mix until well blended.

Add in D , mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Place the dough onto a greased baking sheet, press it flat.

Bake at 170degC for about 15 mins.
