Golden Crown Cranberry Bread

As usual, I have no raisins at home, partly because my kids do not really fancy raisins... I replace the raisins with cranberries instead.
























Ingredients:


A) 400g bread flour, 100g plain flour, 20g milk powder, 65g sugar, pinch of salt, 10g yeast




C) 2 cold eggs, 180g cold water


D) 90g butter


E) cranberries


Method:


Mix A until well-blended. Add in B & C to form a dough


Add in D to form a smooth & elastic dough.


Add in E, mix till well-blended.


Cover with cling film and let it proof for 50 mins.


Divide dough into 40g each. Mould it round. Place 8 pieces of dough and thea round pan, place a 60g dough in the centre. Allow it to proof for 50mins.


Egg wash the surface & bake at 180degC for about 20mins.
