Saw this recipe, so thought they look quite interesting... (hehehe, but probably should be nicer-looking)
Personally I don't really like the taste of this cookies as it is abit "dry" feeling, taste somehow like bread... :-p
(but at least my helper said it's nice and she finished them as we all don't like it...kekeke)

Ingredients:
1. 70g butter
2. 50g icing sugar
3. 150g plain flour
4. 10g cocoa powder
5. 1 egg
· Whisk butter
· Add egg
· Add flour in portions
· Knead and roll into a dough
· Separate one half and mix with cocoa powder
· Roll out both dough
· Combine 2 doughs together and roll them up
· Chill in the fridge for 30 mins
· Dough should be firm for cutting
· Bake for 15-20 mins
