Chocolate Brownie with Ice-Cream

It is my boss birthday this coming Saturday. She loves brownies very much. So I told her I will bake her a brownie for her birthday. Before that I had never baked a brownie before, steamed one yes, so I decided to try out if these brownies are yummy.

Brownie with Strawbery Ice-cream

These brownies are indeed wonderful. They are jus nice, soft and not too hard. And of course, it is best eaten with ice-cream as shown on my picture above!! :))

The brownie was bake and it was quite flaky on the top, so I had actually gently "knocked" out the top crumbs and it became like this.

Not forgetting the gals, they love the brownies with the ice-cream as well:-D

And, as promised, I made the 2nd brownie for my boss.
Hope the brownies are yummy and that she will like the brownie birthday cake too. :))
Ingredients:
120g plain chocolate
90g butter, melted
120g brown sugar
2 eggs
60g cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method:
Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water.
In another bowl, beat eggs & sugar for about 8 mins until thick.
Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Add in the melted butter and stir well.
Sift in the flour, salt & vanilla essence and mix well.
Add in the chopped walnuts.
Pour in the batter into a line baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degC for about 40mins.
Leave it to cool and cut into pieces.
Best serve warm with a scoop of ice-cream.:))
