Sweet Sweet Strawberry Macarons

I used to see these lil lil round round sweets in some dessert or bakery shops...

Always wondered what they are or how do they taste like...

Ah.... Macarons they are called.... And one day I was at my gf's house for a small gathering, 1 of them bought these... And finally I tried them.... Not too bad, but abit sweet...

Strawberry Macarons

I decided to try out baking these macarons myself... After seeing and wondering these macarons for such a long time... And I saw some bakers whom had baked these as well and they do, indeed, look very tempting... So here I am, with my very own-made macarons!!!!

These ones are over-heated... Oops... I had over-heated them and they did not puff up as they should be.... hehehehe...



Ah.... These macarons are with the right temperature...

See how pretty they look....

And of course, not forgeting my precious Mimi, whom was so eager to try them out...Look at what she had did to half size of the macaron while she was trying to grab a pair....

Look at how she was enjoying herself with the macarons....

I personally felt that my macarons wasn't nicely baked. Room for improvement!!!

I will try baking them again soon...
