Marble Chocolate Bread

I saw Vivian from Vivian's Pang Kitchen did a Marble chocolate bread.

I had always wanted to do one myself, but my oven just does not permit me to bake a big loaf of anything, be it bread or cake.

But anyway, the bread came out just nicely, although it wasn't that neat or fantastic.

The aroma of the bread was sooo good while it was still baking. Hubby said it smells nice, it should be tasty as well... Hmmm, yup, it was nice but I felt that my loaf wasn't complete as I felt that some parts of the loaf was really baked... Maybe next time I should try to bake a smaller loaf instead... Perhaps my results will be better???

I adapted the whole recipe from Carol's blog.

It is in mandarin, and pardon me, my mandarin is rather bad... So I will try to put up the recipe for this marble chocolate bread soon...

But please do not expect a full translation of the recipe....hehehehe.....
