I still have half a box of blueberry left and I need to use them before tge blueberries turn mouldy. :-p
So using the same recipe from the steamed strawberry cake, i used blueberry instead. On top of that, I had added a teaspoon of orange essence...
Hubby tried it, he said not too bad, quite nice... but he never had a second helping...hahaha...
