Butter Cookies 2

This time we made these cookies, plenty plenty times as the girls love it sooooo much...

(well, bascially all new items are yummy to them...)

Ingredients:

110g unsalted butter (room temperature)

50g-60g castor sugar

pinch of salt

1 egg yolk

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

150g cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp baking soda

Method:

1. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together.

2. Cream butter with sugar and salt till creamy.

3. Add in egg yolk and vanilla essence, cream till well combined.

4. Fold in flour mixture. Mix till you get a soft dough.

5. Cut the cookies into desired shapes.

6. Bake at 190 ̊ C for 20 mins or till slight golden brown.
