Peach Butter Cake - Yummy!!!

This Peach Butter Cake is definitely worth trying!!!!

I love the aroma of the cake when it was almost baked... It smells like bread and has a very fragrant smell... Or was it just my imagination??? :-p

With the leftover peach slices I had from the peach pie I made, I wanted to bake something with peaches. Maybe a peach swiss roll, a peach cake or cupcakes or anything to do with peaches...

I browse through my recipe books and I found this Peach Butter Cake recipe which calls for sour cream....

This peach butter cake, unlike those butter cakes, is very smooth and it wasn't that oily....

I will definitely make this again, or erhaps I can bake this with other fruits???
