I had never expected myself to bake any pie... But to my surprise... I did it!!!!
I was rather glad with the outcome of the pie... Well, in fact, it is rather easy as it is...

Here are the clearer pictures, step by step as I had made during the whole process of the pie cum tarts.
Pardon me for the many pictures I took and posted up, cos it might be my 1st & last attempt??? hehehehe
The pastry tart crust
Filled up with the apple & milk fillings.
The crust & fillings were baked for another 10-15mins before I filled the pie/tarts with the crumbles.
Back to the oven for another 15-25mins.

And here we have, the tarts are ready while the pie is still in the oven due to the bigger tart mould size.
Dusted with icing sugar.

Apple Pudding Filling
(A) 40g butter, 70g castor sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 3 green apple(diced), 50g sultanas
(I omitted sultanas, and used 2.5 apples, but the apple were not enough. So if you omitted the same as me, perhaps you can use about 4-4.5 apples.)
(B) 140g whipping cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 eggs
Method
Pour A into a pot & cook over medium low heat for abt 10 mins, until the apple softens.
Divide into equal portions and place A into the baked pastry.
Mix B until well combined and filter it, divide into equal portions, pour it into the apple tarts/pie.
Baked at 180 degC for 8-10mins until half cooked.
Crumble
80g plain flour, 2tbsp brown sugar, 50g butter(melted), 40g chopped walnut
Method
Mix all the crumble ingredients until fluffy.
Sprinkle it onto the half baked tarts/pie.
Bake at 180degC for another 15-25mins.
